3 Exciting Goals For November & This Weeks Steps To Make Them Achievable
I’ve decided to change things up slightly with my weekly intentions posts.
Every 5 weeks, I complete a check-in on my Law of Attraction planner and set myself some new goals for the next 5 weeks, then I break those goals down over those 5 weeks.
I will share my reasons for setting these goals, how I will measure my progress, how my weekly intention will help me achieve this and detail how the steps I’m going to take.
I’ve just set my goals for the next 5 weeks so I thought I would share those with you.
Eat a healthy, balanced diet.
I want to eat less processed food and takeaways, eat more fruit and vegetables, and drink more water.
My why
- Clearer skin.
- Increased energy.
- Weight loss.
How I will measure this?
- Take pictures of my face at the beginning of each week.
- Track my energy levels using the Moody Month app each day.
- Weigh myself daily and take a weekly average.
- Measure my arms, chest, waist, hips, bum & thighs at the beginning of each week.
What I’m doing this week to help me achieve this goal.
