12,500 Steps for 5 days a week
I have had Vitality healthcare for a few years now. They have an excellent rewards system where you can u are rewarded for things like exercising, visiting the dentist or opticians and generally living a healthy life.
So I have decided it’s high time I took advantage of these rewards by earning as many Vitality points as I can each week, starting with walking 12,500 steps for 5 days each week, which will then give me the maximum points.
Pitch An Article
The procrastination is really getting out of hand so I really need to bite the bullet this week and pitch an article. Sitting around thinking about it isn’t getting me anywhere, I need to get going and stop worrying about it.
Write some blog posts
I’ve allocated some specific time this week to write some blog posts. I’ve spent so much time working on this over the years, I don’t want all of that to be in vain.
Whilst I won’t have the time to work on it as much as I have been, it’s still something I really enjoy doing and don’t want to give it up.
