3 Things That Went Well This Week When I Left My Comfort Zone
I’m feeling quite elated as I write this.
This week has been a great example of how you can turn things around. At the beginning of the week, the black cloud that had been hanging over my head was winning, but in just a few short days and despite the actual black clouds outside, I am feeling full of sunshine and gratitude.
Here’s what went well this week.
I officially launched my freelance business
I’m still in a bit of shock that I have actually done this, to be honest, it doesn’t feel real at the moment. I could not believe the response I received when I shared it on my social media. I honestly feel truly grateful and if I am honest, shocked at how many people actually made the effort to wish me luck, follow my new business and share it with their followers. I feel truly thankful for each and every person that is cheering me on and it reminded me that I do deserve to do well and I also need to be my cheerleader sometimes!
Turning my mood around
It wasn’t just in business that I was pushing myself out of my comfort zone. As I mentioned earlier, my mood at the beginning of the week was really low, but instead of sitting in front of the TV with a tub of ice cream in my dressing gown, like I wanted to, I took myself out on my walks, got myself dressed and sat in the sanctuary working, as I had planned.
