I’m a self-confessed self-improvement junkie, I want to do better and be better. I’m also a stationary addict which means I have planners of all kinds coming out of my ears! If I filled in all of the wellness and self-improvement planners I had bought over the years, I wouldn’t get any of the “doing” done, I would just be writing about it.
