It was a bit short of my goal of 50, but it’s still a few books a month. I read some of my fave authors and was introduced to some new faves, so here are my top 5.

Last One At The Party by Bethany Clift — My Number 1 book of 2022.

As a voracious reader, I am often asked for book recommendations and Last One At The Party is the first book out of my mouth, in fact, my friend messaged the other day to say she had started it and was loving it.

It was my first-ever review on Goodreads (and I have read a lotta books!) I could not stop talking about it in the two days it took me to read it and I haven’t stopped talking about it since.

I’m very much looking forward to reading the author’s second book, Love and Other Human Errors

It’s November 2023. The human race has been wiped out by the 6DM virus (Six Days Maximum — the longest you’ve got before your body destroys itself). The end of the world as we know it.

Flesh & Blood by Caroline Mitchell

I’ve read the majority of Carolines book’s and what I haven’t read is on my TBR pile. The DI Amy Winters series is one of my particular faves. Flesh & Blood is the 4th book in this particular series and with everything Caroline writes, you find yourself trying to figure out what will happen next and I am yet to guess it correctly!
