A Mind Blowing TV Series & How To Stop Feeling Tired
And other things I’ve seen and heard this week.
Although I’ve not been writing as much as I would have liked, I have certainly not been sitting around doing nothing, so I have quite a few things to share with you this week.
If you are looking for something that will blow your mind.
Watch The Capture I had already watched the first series back in 2019 but I rewatched it with the husband. I found the second series even more eye-opening.
We see Detective Rachel Carey embroiled in an even deeper conspiracy and you will be left wondering about what is even real anymore.
If you are looking to become a freelance writer
I can highly recommend looking up Writing Launch. I signed up for a webinar with them recently on how to pitch an article and it was really helpful. At the end, they were offering a free one-month membership, where you have access to a huge list of publications to pitch to, but more importantly, their brilliant library of courses. I did The No B.S. Course on Freelance Writing and I learned so much!
If you’re always feeling tired
Take a look at this article from You magazine and find out if you are a lion, wolf, bear or dolphin. I am a bear, which totally made sense.
If you want to learn more about how to look after yourself as you get older.
Check out the Midlife Mentors page on Facebook. They are a couple, who between them are highly qualified in things such as hormones, stress & menopause, to name a few. They have so much useful info on their page and they also have a podcast.
Have you been watching…..
Married At First Sight UK? It’s all been kicking off this week, hasn’t it? We now have a new couple and I am intrigued to see how the rest of the couples react to this, I’m sure Thomas won’t let us down!
Song of the Day
Here’s this week’s playlist
This week I’m going to leave you with a little task.
What are the words you need to hear right now?
Write them in the comments or just for yourself, but do write them down. ❤️
