I highly recommend the AWAI website. Short for American Writers & Artists Institute, it has tons of free useful information not only for aspiring writers but those who are already writing. There are always new skills to be learnt and I often listen to their webinar playback whilst on my daily walks, it’s inspiring. There are also courses available which you can pay for.
If you want to go a bit deeper than calorie counting
Read Glucose Revolution I feel like I am learning so much about how the things I eat and drink affect my body. It’s made me think about what I eat and how I eat it. I am enjoying trying out the different hacks in the book and certainly notice those “spikes” in glucose a lot more now.
