Happy Birthday Husband

Tuesday 25th February

Today is the husbands birthday. 🥳
I wake him up with his card and a bottle of whiskey (it was a gift, not breakfast!)

I get myself ready and take a change of clothes as we’re off to STK for dinner tonight. Yummy!

My boss is being super nice to me and some of the guys I’m working with. I think either someone’s had a word with him or he’s realising that we’re not all happy campers.

Work is over and I get changed, I’m wearing a dress I wore when I went out with the girls a few weeks ago, that night I felt quite good. Today not so much, it’s annoying. My eating is all over the place at the moment, I need to get back into a routine. I will not go out feeling deflated!

We go for some drinks before and have a couple of cocktails at the restaurant bar, the husband has an old fashioned and I have a porn star martini, they are both delicious!

We head over to our table, they bring the bread. Ooooooh I forgot about the bread!!! The food is delicious and they bring the husband a little birthday dessert. Yum! The waiter gives me a fresh batch of bread to take home.

We order our Uber and I treat the husband and the driver to a one woman concert.
