My Top 10 Self Care activities

Having this break from work has been so beneficial to my mental health. I now know that putting time aside for self-care is essential for me, I now try and do at least one of the below activities every day and it’s already starting to pay off, I feel happier than I have in a long time.

  1. A nice soak in the bath. I have some lovely smelling bubbles & light some candles. I do a hair mask, and face scrub and put the iPad on the bath…
