Nine Of The Best True Crime Podcasts
And I have listened to many!
I started writing this week’s True Crime Post and got myself lost down a rabbit hole. There is so much information about the case, that I want to make sure I capture all the information and do it justice.
So this week, I will share some of my favourite true crime podcasts with you all. If you love True Crime like me then these are the podcasts you absolutely must subscribe to.
Started in 2018 and presented by husband and wife, Heath & Daphne, who discuss different US-based disappearances, murders and unsolved cases each week. I love the way Heath & Daphne bounce off each other and The episodes flow really well.
Episodes are usually between 40 & 50 minutes long and are released every Tuesday & Friday and are available on all platforms.
This was the first true crime podcast I ever listened to and it’s still one of my favourites. It started in 2016. The host is anonymous, which I quite enjoy.
The show has solved and unsolved cases with episodes ranging between 1 and 2 hours. Episodes are released on 3 Sundays out of 4, with no episodes being released to the public, however, a bonus episode is released on Patreon.
At the time of writing, they are on a midyear break, however, there are plenty of episodes for you to listen to.
Hosted by good friends Mark & Bethan, who take it in turns each week to discuss a true crime and their theories. I love that they give their honest opinions on each case yet still manage to give the story from all sides.
Episodes range from 30 minutes to an hour, covering a wide range of true crimes, including heists & scams and they are released on Wednesdays.
This podcast was originally based on UK crimes but there are now two shows, one for UK true crimes and one for the US — They Walk Among America. Another husband & wife team, with Benjamin hosting the show and Rosanna, behind the scenes and they have also written a book.
Episodes are between 30 and 90 minutes long and are released on a Wednesday.
